1. INTRODUCTION<\/h4>

1.1.<\/strong> This document sets out the terms and conditions governing free postal entry into Competitions hosted on http:\/\/onegiveaways.net\/.<\/p>

1.2.<\/strong> Postal entry is provided to ensure Competitions are free to enter and compliant with applicable UK law.<\/p>

1.3.<\/strong> Postal entries are treated equally to paid entries and have the same chance of winning.<\/p>\n

2. ELIGIBILITY<\/h4>
  • Available only to eligible individuals under the Official Rules;<\/li>
  • Minimum age: 18 years;<\/li>
  • Prohibited persons\/jurisdictions are not allowed;<\/li> <\/ul>\n

    3. HOW TO ENTER BY POST<\/h4>

    3.1.<\/strong> Entries must be sent via pre-paid first or second class post only.<\/p>

    4. REQUIRED INFORMATION<\/h4>

    Each entry must include:<\/p>

    • Competition name or ID;<\/li>
    • Full legal name;<\/li>
    • Date of birth;<\/li>
    • Full address;<\/li>
    • Email and phone number;<\/li>
    • Answer to competition question (if required);<\/li> <\/ul>\n

      5. ENTRY CONDITIONS<\/h4>
      • Each entry must be in a separate stamped envelope\/postcard;<\/li>
      • Multiple entries in one envelope = one entry;<\/li>
      • Incomplete or illegible entries are disqualified;<\/li>
      • Proof of posting \u2260 proof of receipt;<\/li> <\/ul>\n

        6. ENTRY DEADLINES<\/h4>
        • Must be postmarked before Closing Date;<\/li>
        • Late entries are not accepted;<\/li>
        • Entries within 48h may receive credit (Promoter discretion);<\/li> <\/ul>\n

          7. WEBSITE ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT<\/h4>
          • Must have an active account;<\/li>
          • Details must match postal entry;<\/li>
          • Account required before Closing Date;<\/li> <\/ul>\n

            8. POSTAGE COST ADJUSTMENTS<\/h4>
            • Multiple entries may be granted if postage exceeds entry fee;<\/li>
            • All required info must be included for each entry;<\/li> <\/ul>\n

              9. EQUAL TREATMENT<\/h4>
              • Same draw as paid entries;<\/li>
